Seeking to break through the typical boundaries of what’s labelled ‘The Seattle Sound’, 2010′s The Cold Jungle Compilation, focuses on 10 bands that play Cairo’s performance space regularly. The Cold Jungle can only be characterized as a non-linear, utterly relevant, tour through some of the more interesting aural Northwest landscapes.
